Radiotherapy

Radiotherapy, also known as radiation therapy, is a common and effective cancer treatment that uses high-energy rays, typically X-rays, to destroy or shrink cancer cells. Modern methods of Radiation are precise, helping to protect surrounding healthy tissue. Radiotherapy may be used on its own or in combination with other treatments, depending on the type and stage of cancer.
